	INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Step 1: Remove existing shingles, underlayment and roofing ventilation, creating a smooth surface around the hole. Note: Hole size must be no greater than 8.5" by 8.5". IF HOLE IS TOO SMALL: Place PlyPatch™ over hole. Trace a line around the existing roof sheathing using PlyPatch™ as a template. Remove PlyPatch™ and cut roof to acceptable size. Place PlyPatch™ over modified hole. Step 2: Place PlyPatch™ over hole with the plywood entering the hole and clips extending onto roof. Step 3: Using a hammer or nail gun, drive two nails into each clip to secure PlyPatch™. Step 4: Apply roofing underlayment and shingles per manufacturers' instructions.
