• We respect the confidential nature of your work and reward you for your ideas.
• You'll benefit from royalty agreements that ensure you, the inventor, play a part in the new product you help to conceive.

The process begins with a Confidentiality Agreement and the Idea Submission Form.

• Print, complete and sign and mail the Confidentiality Agreement to the address indicated on the form.
• Be sure to include a brief description of your idea that does not divulge anything confidential in nature.

If your idea is already patented and a matter of public record, complete and submit the Idea Submission Form.

• When Benjamin Obdyke receives your signed Confidentiality Agreement, a business development representative will sign it and a copy will be returned to you quickly.
• Complete and submit the Idea Submission Form or contact the representative indicated on the returned copy to discuss your idea in strict confidence.
