Digital Marketing Manager- Horsham, PA
The Digital Marketing Manager will create and manage the company’s online presence combining educational content, community, and ecommerce for building professionals and consumers. Responsibilities include collaborating with company leadership across departments and external business partners to develop content for performance-driven cross channel digital marketing initiatives. This individual will effectively participate in the creation of content and content plans, developing social media and web strategy tactics to improve effectiveness of our efforts via customer interactions online, in-person and/or through market research. A strong focus will be on leveraging the digital experience of users as a source of new ideas for products and services. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, implementing and measuring online brand building and lead generation efforts in alignment with the overall business and marketing strategy. The qualified candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to think both strategically and creatively, and have the ability to multi-task and work independently.
Specific job responsibilities and accountabilities:
•Gain basic industry knowledge and understanding of customers and their online content/purchasing preferences
•Develop and manage websites/microsites that may be Benjamin Obdyke branded or separately branded
•Develop and maintain digital media reports to analyze effectiveness of digital strategies
•Responsible for company’s complete online presence (web, social media, eCommerce, educational content, product videos, etc.) to create awareness and drive business
•Effective SEO strategy and tactics
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications
•Minimum 5 years marketing experience; minimum of 3 years with primary focus in digital environment
•Proficient in:
oMS Office Suite
oCustomer Relationship Management Software (MS CRM or other)
oSocial Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, FaceBook, Pinterest, Google+)
oGoogle Analytics and AdWords
oBasic HTML, Adobe Creative Suite (CS5)
oVideo editing software skills a plus
•Demonstrated Project Management Skills
•Effective Communication Skills – written and verbal
•Ability to Multi-Task
•Highly organized and Detail Oriented
•Brings positive attitude, creativity and passion to all internal and external customer interactions
Additional Information:
10-20% travel (some overnight)
